Jenny Buchan invited to participate in a Franchise Law Conference

Dr Jenny Buchan has been invited to participate in a Franchise Law Conference on 22 November 2012 conducted by the Law Society of South Australia and the University of Adelaide Law School Masters. Jenny will be delivering a paper on Franchisor and Franchisee Insolvency and will be a panellist in a session on Ethical Considerations in Franchising Law.

This continuing professional development conference provides an opportunity for South Australian legal practitioners to brush up their skills in the area of franchise law and prompts them to consider enrolling in specialist subjects offered through the University of Adelaide law School masters program.

One of the subjects is International Franchise Law, which is also offered to undergraduate students in the School of Taxation and Business law at UNSW.
