About taxation & business law

Regulation and taxation have a significant impact in the day to day operations of business as well as in the day to day lives of employees and consumers.

Consumer protection laws, laws against unfair commercial conduct, and laws mandating industry codes of conduct protect consumers and businesses from misleading and unfair conduct. Competition law regulates how corporations interact with each other. Taxation law has a major impact on the structure and implementation of commercial transactions and is the major source of funding for government expenditure.
