Tracy Wilcox's PhD dissertation has been chosen by the Editors of Personnel Review as a Highly Commended Award winner of the 2010 Emerald/EFMD Outstanding Doctoral Research Awards in the Human Resource Management category.

Tracy's dissertation "Repositioning Human Resource Management in a Global Airline: The Struggle for Legitimacy" was recognised by the judging panel as being of exceptionally high quality.
