The Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Master of Commerce (Professional Accounting) and the Master of Professional Accounting are all accredited by Certified Practicing Accountants (CPA) Australia, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (ICAA) and Institute of Public Accountants (IPA), formerly The National Institute of Accountants (NIA).

CPA Australia, ICAA and IPA are supportive of the School of Accounting and our teaching and research activities.

Staff from the School have served on various committees of both professional bodies over many years. School of Accounting Head, Associate Professor Peter Roebuck was a past chairman of Accounting and Auditing Panel and the Continuing Education Committee. He was a past member of State Council and a member of the National Career and Marketing Committee.
