Peter is Head of the Organisational Behaviour cluster in the School of Management. He also serves as course leader of Managerial Skills in the AGSM Executive MBA, Chair of the School of Management's Learning and Teaching Committee, Warrane College Academic Fellow, the 2012-2013 Academy of Management Careers Division Chair-Elect, and trainer of his son’s rugby league team. In 2012, together with Geoff Mortimore (AGSM, ANU), he won the Academy of Management’s Best Paper in Management Education Award for the paper that offers the most significant contribution to management education.
