Judith Watson has been a lecturer in the School of Economics for many years and has also served as the faculty's academic adviser.  She has taught quantitative courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate level and won the 2007 Australian School of Business award for Outstanding Teaching Innovation.

 

Since initiating the Peer Assistance Support Scheme (PASS) in 1996 in first year quantitative methods courses, she has been a long term co-ordinator of the successful program.  She has a keen interest in learning and teaching development.  Recently this has resulted in her developing a number of online Adaptive eLearning Tutorials on topics in business mathematics and statistics.

 

Her current research is in the area of the student learning experience in quantitative courses.
