Student services

Learning and teaching advisors provide free and confidential learning support to undergraduate and postgraduate students at the Australian School of Business. Our services include:

  • Academic skills workshops
  • Learning consultations
  • Printed and online study skills resources, such as written and oral communication skills guides, referencing guides, report writing and exam preparation
  • Subject specific support
  • Peer support programs
  • Advice on settling into the student life and developing effective study and research strategies

Consultations

A learning consultation is a free service available to all undergraduate and postgraduate students enrolled in the Australian School of Business, who are seeking assistance related to their program or course.

We encourage small group consultations so that students can have the opportunity to share ideas, knowledge and experiences.

We do provide a limited individual consultation service but not all requests for consultations can be met. Preference will be given to those students who are assessed to be in the greatest need of assistance.

To arrange a consultation please contact us.
