Scholarships

 

The Australian School of Business postgraduate scholarships are available to students applying to undertake a Master of Commerce; Master of Economics or a Master of Finance.

 

In addition to the scholarships listed below, there are a number of Centre for Social Impact scholarships available to cover part of the costs of the Graduate Certificate in Social Impact.

Goldman Sachs & Partners Postgraduate Scholarship in Commerce PGCA1010
This Scholarship is awarded to students undertaking a Master of Commerce, Master of Economics or Master of Finance program within the Australian School of Business at the University of New South Wales.

Peter & Helen Hearl ASB (UNSW): US Study Abroad Scholarship

This scholarship has been established to encourage US citizens to coming to study business for one semester at the Australian School of Business at UNSW under the Study Abroad Semester Program.


The Peter & Helen Hearl ASB (UNSW): US Study Abroad Scholarship is administered jointly through the Australian School of Business at the University of New South Wales and the UNSW Study Abroad Office. The annual scholarship grants A$10,000 to the successful candidate to put towards tuition fees in the UNSW Study Abroad Semester Program. The scholarship is open to both undergraduate and postgraduate students commencing in Semester 1.

ASB Sydney Alumni Branch: Scholarship in Masters

 

This scholarship has been established to encourage and assist talented students who would not normally have the opportunity to study a postgraduate degree in the Australian School of Business at UNSW.

 

Full-time or part-time study

 

The scholarship will normally have a value of $15,000 and will be awarded to offset tuition fees for the minimum duration of either a full-time (2 years) or part-time (4 years) Masters program and will be subject to the recipient maintaining good academic standing. 

 

Eligibility:

ASB Sydney Alumni Branch Scholarship is now open to a student who intends to undertake any postgraduate business foundation or specialist program (excluding AGSM) at the Australian School of Business in Session 1 2013.  

 

Business Foundation Programs: Master of Commerce and Master of Professional Accounting

 

Specialist Programs: Master of Accounting /Information Technology, Master of Economics, Master of Information Systems, Master of Finance, Master of Financial Analysis, Master of Financial Planning, Master of Marketing, Master of Risk Management, Master of Taxation

Hary and Liliana Tanoesoedibjo Scholarship in Business

International students, who have gained acceptance into a full-time postgraduate coursework program (Masters or AGSM MBA) at the Australian School of Business at UNSW in 2013, are invited to apply.

 

This scholarship has been established by Hary and Liliana Tanoesoedibjo to encourage and support an international student in 2013. The scholarship will be applied against tuition fees in equal instalments across the duration of the full-time postgraduate coursework (Masters or AGSM MBA) program.  Students who have been awarded other scholarships are not eligible.

 

The successful applicants must demonstrate Academic merit and appropriate reasons for undertaking the proposed course of study.
