He gained his Master Black Belt certification through Dow Corning and was part of the lead deployment team for Vodafone. He also ran the Six Sigma office for PWC and is until recently was in charge of Asia-Pacific for Unisys.

He brings a wealth of experience to the table including the areas of benchmarking for worlds best practice.
