Dr Paul Walsh
Paul has more than 20 years experience as a full-time faculty member, in Australian business schools, the last 7 years being with the AGSM.
 

Dr Paul Walsh is the Six Sigma program director. He has also developed a reputation as an outstanding facilitator and coach. He has made a major contribution to the design and development of postgraduate and executive programs and materials which support the development of lean management, balanced score card and process management knowledge and capability.


In addition he has worked in partnership with clients to ensure successful implementation. His client list includes,  Uncle Toby's, BHP Industrial Products Division, BOC Gases, St. George Bank, Worley Parsons, Vero Insurance Ltd, Pasminco BHAS, Westpac, Century Oils, NRMA, Vodafone, Singtel-Optus, Honeywell and the Australian Quality College.  He is accredited by the Australian Government National Industry Extension Service as a process improvement facilitator.


He has published widely in practitioner and academic journals including a study of the process improvement practices of Australia's top 1000 companies  in the prestigious Journal of Management Studies and  is lead author of th e book The Measurement and Management of Strategic Change (Pearson Education, 2005).
