Postgraduate Research Student Support Scheme (RRSS)
The Postgraduate Research Student Support Scheme provides eligible postgraduate research students with funding to assist them in presenting their research at local and/or international conferences.

Ryoichi Sasakawa Young Leaders Fellowship Fund (Sylff)
The prestigious Ryoichi Sasakawa Young Leaders Fellowship Fund (Sylff) scholarships, funded by the Nippon Foundation and administrated by the Tokyo Foundation, are offered to full time Australian School of Business PhD students with high potential for future leadership in international affairs, in public life and in private endeavours.
The aim of the program is to provide selected students with the opportunity to take advantage of the various benefits offered by Sylff membership in addition to financial benefit. The details of the benefits can be found at the Sylff website.
New PhD students who are successful in their application for a UNSW International/ Local Research Scholarship (Research Excellence Award, APA, UPA, IPRS or UIPA) are automatically considered for the Sylff Scholarship. Eligible students receive an application form from the Australian School of Business Research Office in December each year and awards are made in January of the following year.
