Career Management & Skills (MGMT5940)

Did you know that there is a course designed to assist you in understanding the strategic role that effective career planning and management plays in a successful career and life.

Give yourself a helping hand in the job search arena. Link theoretical and empirical research with practical lifelong skill development in areas such as; career pathways, organisational entry, mentoring, negotiation skills, as well as lifelong learning and career management.

Any MCom student is able to do this course as an elective in their degree. It is also an integral part of the HRM specialisation.
