Tom Richardson (AGSM MBA 2000), Managing Partner, Deloitte Leadership Academy
After ten years as a strategy consultant with Arthur Anderson, Bain International and most recently Deloitte, Tom recognised that “People not PowerPoint” drove organisational performance. Tom founded the Deloitte Leadership Academy to build the capabilities of leaders; and is the Managing Partner of the Academy.
Tom is a graduate of the AGSM MBA Program, and will share his personal MBA journey with current students and fellow alumni.
