Catherine Harris AO, Harris Farm
Catherine established Harris Farm as a single shop in Villawood in 1971, the year she graduated from her Commerce degree at UNSW. Since then, Harris Farm has become a significant force in retail, taking on the supermarket giants Coles & Woolworths.

Cassandra Kelly, Co-founder, Pottinger
Cassandra co-founded strategic and corporate advisory firm Pottinger after a successful executive career in banking. Since launching, Pottinger has advised corporations such as ING Group on the sale of its Australian investment management business to UBS and Suncorp-Metway on its merger with Promina, a transaction valued at A$7.8billion.

Carla Zampatti AC
Carla launched her first fashion collection in 1965 and opened her first boutique in Surry Hills in 1972 with very little money but an incredible amount of youthful optimism. The Carla Zampatti label is now one of Australia's leading fashion houses with over 30 boutiques around the country.

The panel discussion will be facilitated by Rosemary Howard, Executive Director and Conjoint Professor, AGSM Executive Programs at the Australian School of Business.
