Management is a set of activities focused on relationships between people and organisations. It involves facilitating and organising activities, formulating strategy and building structures to achieve performance goals. It is multidisciplinary in theory and practice.
The management major is designed for students who are interested in the complex relations between power, people and resources. The major complements business studies such as accounting, finance, information systems or marketing.
