Indigenous business education

 

In partnership with Nura Gili, the community and industry leaders, UNSW and the Australian School of Buisiness offers variety of programs designed to create an environment that welcomes and supports indigenous students. Programs include:

 

  • UNSW Indigenous Winter School - a free one week program in July each year for high school students in years 10, 11 and 12
  • Indigenous Pre-Business Program - an intensive preparatory program, open to Indigenous students, covering a range of business disciplines as well as study and learning skills. Also included is commercial and managerial knowledge and skills to start and run a small business.

 

Support services

Learning and teaching advisors can provide free advice and tutorial support for all Indigenous students on various learning skills related topics. For example you may require assistance with researching or preparing for an assignment or revising for a exam. To find out more please contact Rebecca Harcourt.
